Over the past two years, in collaboration with Robert Gordon University, we have developed and validated an Air to Flue Gas Heat Recovery Device (AFHR). This innovative solution utilises waste heat to deliver hot air, increasing the ambient temperature of buildings.

A Vision 25 Years in the Making

Built upon decades of dedicated innovation and pioneering vision by a father and son team, our company was founded in May 2023. Our mission: to invent a technology that simultaneously saves customers money and contributes to environmental betterment through carbon reduction, aiming to help UK targets for net zero.

Through perseverance, we've developed a patented device that's plug and play in existing infrastructure. This not only reduces customers' gas bills by 20% and carbon emissions by the same percentage, but also ensures a quick return on investment.

Our team includes a CEO with a strong engineering background, and a newly appointed CFO with very strong accountancy and financial backgrounds with experience in startups. We have strong traction in our pilot program across the commercial and public sectors, and our future vision also includes targeting the residential sectors. As we look towards launching our business in 2027, we're identifying strong candidates to help build the team and drive future growth.

How It Works

1️⃣

Heat Capture

Flue gas from the boiler exhausts are funneled through our innovated heat exchanger device condensing the flue gas prior to it being released to the atmosphere.

2️⃣

Thermal Transfer

A completely independent air stream harness this wasted flue gas heat in the form of air. Both streams are closely monitored via sensors and controls. All of which can be monitored via our online application.

3️⃣

Heat Distribution

On the air discharge side our system can either be directed in to any existing air ducting system in the building. Or alternative air ducting can be installed to any area inside the building.

4️⃣

Cost Saving

Due to the “air to air” heat transfer now taking place inside the building, in addition to the traditional wet radiator system. Our proprietary technology has now created a hybrid system which results in less load being utilised by the boiler, this intern saves our customers money on utilising less gas and intern reduces the buildings carbon emissions.

By condensing the flue gas wasted heat is harnessed through our proprietary technology which heats up air from inside the building, this heated air is then distributed inside the building to raise the ambient temperature.
Our modular plug & play devices can effortlessly be installed in existing boiler systems today ( Retrofit ) or be incorporated into any new construction or complete building renovation project.
Installation time depends on the size and type of installation. However a standard retrofit project should be done in approximately 2 days time.
Our Customers can expect to recover their costs within a 2 year period. From there it is Gas and Carbon Emission savings going forward.
Our system is installed by qualified gas safety engineers whom will maintain the equipment on an annual basis as needed. In addition performance parameters can be continously monitored via our online application.
Our system is fully CE Certified with a guaranteed 3 years warranty.
Yes, existing systems can be retrofitted relatively cheaply and effortlessly. Retrofitting is one of our main services provided.
We measure the Carbon Emissions saved based on the amount of gas our customers do not to burn to achieve the same heating requirements. This gas saving has a direct correlation to Carbon Emissions. Our software application tells our customers exactly how much emission savings has been achieved by providing a total and or annual certificate.
